business, and has been owned by the Peatfield family for over 45 years.
The pleasant, peaceful surroundings include the local golf course, which is just across the road. To the rear of Ashfield Park is a lake,
which is home to an abundance of wild life. Ashfield Park's location is ideal for lovers of nature or those who simply want to take their dog for a pleasant evening
stroll while at the same time being close to the rapidly developing town of Scunthorpe. We aim to keep Ashfield Park a safe and attractive environment for all our
residents.

Ashfield Park provides siting for predominately Owner occupied Park Homes. These Park Homes are provided with natural gas, water,
electricity, street lighting and telephone services. All cables for these services are concealed underground. Our ground staff look after common areas such as grass
verges, boundaries and trees.
