Question: What form of security is available?

Answer: We have 24 hours CCTV cameras in various positions that monitor anyone arriving and leaving the Park via the main entrance. Tradespeople also have to report to the office during 8.30am to 5.00pm to seek office approval to enter the Park.



Question: Is there a refuse collection service?

Answer: We have a new recycling scheme which is operated by the Lincolnshire council this consists of Brown bin for garden rubbish black bin for general rubbish red bin for plastic and cardboard blue box for newspapers and green box for cans and glass. These bins are emptied every week on a rotation system.



Question: What services are available on the Park?

Answer: Our site Office is open four and a half days each week. Park Staff on hand and on call out of office hours within reason. We have a window cleaner hairdresser mobile Library which visits once a fortnight there are also gardeners and decorators on the Park.



Question: Can I have pets on the Park?

Answer: Yes pets are acceptable by prior arrangement with the Director although if your pets are dogs then you are strictly limited to one.

Answer: Gp surgeries Golf Course Supermarket Garden Centre Pub and Carvery Leisure Centre and Post Office these are to name just a few.



Question: Can I have a garden shed on my plot?

Answer: No problem but due to regulations this must be concrete or Metal. You must apply in writing to the office and if the measurements are inside the site lisence distance restrictions then approval will be given.
